Refund policy
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products (handmade food items), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products for health and safety reasons.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at kirralengdixon@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
You must report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened jars or products
- Products past their use-by date
- Products that have been refrigerated or used
REFUNDS
If your refund is approved (for damaged or incorrect items only), you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
