Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING:
- Standard Shipping: $12 (2-8 business days)
- FREE Shipping: Orders over $75 (2-8 business days)
We ship via Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post's service.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available at our Adelaide markets. Contact us to arrange pickup details.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your package.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at teeveesauce@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
