This sauce has become one of our bestsellers at the markets. Fresh lemon juice, red chilli, garlic, and a bit of sweetness - it's seriously good. We use Kampot pepper (Cambodia's famous pepper), which gives it that extra something special.
Perfect for dipping spring rolls or dumplings. Great drizzled over salads. Honestly, it goes with pretty much anything.
What's in it: Chilli, lemon, garlic, sugar, salt, fish sauce, and water.
Storage tip: Shake before using. Keep it in the fridge. Use within 4 weeks of opening.
