Mum pickles fresh green papaya, carrot, cabbage, cucumber, and radish with garlic, ginger, and a traditional Cambodian brine. They're the perfect side dish for pretty much any meal.

Great with rice and grilled meats. Add them to sandwiches for extra crunch. Or just eat them straight from the jar as a healthy snack (we won't judge).

What's in it: Green papaya, carrot, cabbage, cucumber, radish, salt, sugar, vinegar, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, shallots, chilli, and water.

Storage tip: Keep in the fridge. Perfect side dish for dinner!
