Teevees Cambodian Chilli Oil
This is where it all started!
Back in 2020, Mum began making this chilli oil as a hobby during lockdown. It's the same recipe her family used back in Cambodia - packed with fresh garlic, ginger, and just the right amount of heat. People at the markets couldn't get enough of it, and honestly, once you try it, you'll see why.
Drizzle it over pasta, pizza, or stir-fries. Use it to marinate meat before throwing it on the BBQ. Or just dip some fresh bread in it - trust me, it's addictive.
What's in it: Garlic, olive oil, shallots, ginger, star anise, sesame oil, coconut oil, chilli, rice oil, brown sugar, veggie stock, soy sauce, and salt.
Storage tip: Give it a good shake before using. Keeps for 3-6 months after opening. Store it somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight.
