Our red curry paste is made the traditional way - with lemongrass, dried red chilli, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and warm spices. It's the kind of flavor that reminds Mum of home.

Mix it with coconut milk for a proper curry, or use it to marinate meat before grilling. It's also great stirred through soups or noodle dishes.

What's in it: Lemongrass, shallots, garlic, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, red chilli, turmeric, star anise, coriander seeds, tomato, cassia sticks, coconut oil, salt, shrimp paste, palm sugar, fish sauce, and veggie stock.

Storage tip: Store in the fridge. Use within 4 weeks of opening. Gluten and nut free!
